Giancarlo Patti
Giancarlo received his Bachelor of Science at Cal State Fullerton followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, CA.
During his studies, Giancarlo also obtained certification through NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which allowed him to further his knowledge in performance-based training and return to sport progressions. In his professional career, he has been involved in orthopedics and sports medicine, working alongside individuals of all levels. Giancarlo also has experience working with high school and collegiate athletes including Division I baseball and basketball as well as performing sideline medical response for high school football.
Giancarlo strives to provide individualized treatment and performance programs, utilizing evidence-based medicine and the most up-to-date treatment techniques to provide the highest quality of care possible. He understands that each client is unique and therefore, their rehabilitation and performance programs should be as well. His approach looks at the individual as a whole rather than region specific, to better assess and diagnose the root cause of a clients’ symptoms.

Tyler Wen
Tyler Wen earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, California. Prior to his doctorate, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Administration at the University of Arizona. Growing up, Tyler was involved in a variety of sports such as basketball, swimming, and water polo.
With a growing interest in sports, Tyler was driven to expand his knowledge in orthopedics to help individuals improve their physical health. His current knowledge on biomechanics has helped him identify how specific movements and postural dysfunctions elicit a client’s symptoms. Additionally, his weightlifting expertise and love for anatomy, ensures that his patients receive the highest quality exercise programs that cater to the client’s fitness goals.
The specialized manual treatment techniques Tyler is advanced in include but are not limited to Mobilization with Movement, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, IASTYM, PNF Stretching, and Cupping. Tyler has taken a multitude of continued education courses such as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Exos Performance Courses where he earned the Exos Performance Specialist title (XPS). Tyler’s experiences in various clinical settings has exposed him to a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological pathologies for demographics of all ages and ethnicities.
Tyler is passionate about physical therapy and performance training and strives to continually improve on his clinical expertise to help his clients reach their functional goals.
